Our project has begun. I have purchased an acre in Concho, AZ. Located in Apache County.
My friend Tom and I are looking for a way to avoid making that “original contract” ie: recording the land with property value information to the county.
We are looking for any information anyone has.
Have you ever re-written your title to un-attach you from any jurisdictions?
What happens if you don’t record your land?
This land was bought through auction, and there are no forms signed. The deed comes in the mail with your name and address on it.
There is no contract made at this point.
Should we look into having the original land patent pulled forward?
